The Kiko Oh charges at you again ready to burn you to a crisp. This time there was no doubt in your mind. You knew you could win, you had people that were counting on you to come back stronger and you weren’t about to let them down. Your grip tightened on the sword in your hand with the burning blade, the sword Mimi had became to help you.

“Ready Mimi?” You asked as the Kiko Oh grew close.

“Yes my dear (Name). Let us defeat this annoying bird.” Mimi’s voice rang in your head causing you to smile.

“Now die foolish human!” The Kiko Oh yelled as it approached you.

“No you will be the one to be absorbed.” Kiko Oh went to attack you when you raised your sword and slashed at the face of the Kiko Oh. The Kiko Oh back up and cried out.

“You brat!” The Kiko Oh then noticed that a stream of its fire was attached to your sword. “What’s happening?!”

You grinned. “This sword doesn’t only cut and burn, it also absorbs all heat that it touches. Every drop of heat.” The fire from the Kiko Oh started to be drawn into your sword pulling the Kiko Oh towards it.

“You little! How dare you?!”

“I dare. Your flame in mine!” The sword kept absorbing the Kiko Oh’s flame into it causing the Kiko Oh to continue to shrink in size. “Your power is mine now and you’re going to obey me.” The Kiko Oh continue to be pulled in until with one final cry it disappeared into the sword. You sighed falling to your knees. “We did it Mimi, we gained his power.”

Mimi changed back into her human form kneeling next to you. “Yes my dear (Name). We did it.”

“Thank you for all your help Mimi. I couldn’t have done it without all of your help.”

Mimi smiled a bit. “It’s my pleasure to help you my dear. You’re the best fire dancer I’ve ever trained and the most pure hearted.”

You blushed a bit from the compliment. “Thank you.”

“There’s no need for that, it’s all the truth. Now you should get going, there’s a certain person out there that is very worried about you. You should go tell him your okay.” You nodded. Mimi rested her hand over your forehead. There was a bright flash of white light and you could smell the river you were sitting near. You could feel the rough bark on your back and the wind blowing though your hair. You slowly opened your eyes momentary being blinded by the sun. You blinked a few things before your version cleared. You sat up straight and heard the sound of an arrow being pulled back and released. You looked across the water and saw Uryu taking target practice on a tree. You blushed slightly as you saw that his shirt was unbuttoned probably because he was hot from training. Uryu stood straight and his bow disappeared. He took a deep breath.

“You looked like your improved a lot Uryu.”

Uryu jumped and whipped around to face you. “(Name)?” You waved. Uryu leaped over the water and walked over to you. He kneeled down and pulled you into a hug.

You blushed as your hands rested on his bare chest. “Uryu?”

Uryu buried his face in your head. “Thank goodness you’re awake.”

You smiled sadly. “I’m sorry I worried you Uryu, but I did it. I have control of the Kiko Oh’s power now.”

Uryu pulled back so he could look you in the face. “That’s great (Name). I knew you could do it.”

“I was able to do it because of you Uryu.”

“Me?”

You nodded. “Yes.” You kissed him softly. “Because you said you believed in me.”

Uryu blinked. “You heard me?”

“Yes and it gave me the strength to win. So thank you Uryu.”

“I’m glad I was able to help you.” Uryu leaned down kissing you. You happily kissed him back. It felt like forever since you last kissed him and you were happy to be back here with him again.
